Following government and Church of England guidance regarding Covid-19, St Cross is once again re-open for Public Worship. The Standing Committee has carried out a thorough risk assessment to ensure worship can be conducted safely. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining social distancing and adhering to the necessary hygiene and protective measures that have been put in place for the safety of all attending.

St. Cross (located opposite the Clayton Hall tram stop on Ashton New Road) is a parish church in the Diocese of Manchester, part of the Church of England, and has always been at the heart of the Clayton community- everyone is welcome at our weekly services and other events so we hope you will join us soon. CURRENTLY SUSPENDED St. Cross is open for visitors who would like a chance to look around on the first and third Saturdays of every month, in conjunction with our friends at Clayton Hall. The church is usually open between 1 and 3pm but please get in touch via our Contact Page to check times for specific weekends.
