We are very happy to say that recent easing of the lockdown rules means that St Cross will be opening its doors to the public again for private prayer from tomorrow, Wednesday 24th June!
We will be open from 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. While we are still unable to hold services or any other public worship or gatherings, we hope this will provide a time for those who are able to leave their homes to come and sit in church to pray or simply take some time to refresh themselves in the peaceful, restful surroundings of our beautiful building. Social Distancing and Hygiene Measures will be in place at all times to keep both visitors and volunteers as safe as possible and we ask for your co-operation in this if you choose to visit St Cross at this time. [Full details on safety measures will be added to the website soon but all necessary hygiene items will be provided. Please be aware that toilet facilities will be closed.] With thanks to our volunteer Church Sitters for making this possible for the rest of our community! We look forward to welcoming you back to St Cross!
